Master in Civil Law, postgraduate and graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP, where she also serves as a collaborating professor. Postgraduate in Corporate Law from GVLaw.  Private Pension Specialist. Coordinating partner of Innocenti Advogados’ Private Law area, leading all matters involving advisory and civil litigation, especially related to Corporate Law.  She also coordinates the Private Pension area, defending the interest of large associations, with over 15 years of experience in relationships involving the largest Brazilian pension funds and their beneficiaries. Lawyer currently enrolled with OAB/SP, OAB/MG and OAB/RJ,with expressive performance in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília. She has articles and interviews published in newspapers and specialized legal magazines. Author by publisher Almedina Brasil of the book ??? escrever os nomes em ingles “Duties of Consideration – Pre- and Post-Contractual Responsibility” (2015) and by the GEN publisher of the book “Statute of Advocacy and New Code of Ethics and Discipline of OAB Commented” (2016), the latter in its 5th edition.   She is a lecturer in legal institutes and universities, having recently been sworn in as Chairperson of the Twentieth   Disciplinary Panel of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Ethics and Disciplinary Court, São Paulo Chapter, TED-XX, after more than 8 years as Rapporteur of the Second Panel in the same court.
